A working version (as of 1/28/19) of KiCad exists on the "Hank" computer in the APL lab next to the Lathe, but if you want to use KiCad on your personal computer the software is free and can be downloaded [http://kicad-pcb.org/download/ here]. This software uses multiple internal programs for the different aspects of PCB creation. After initially opening KiCad all the different programs you'll need to work with can be found in the "Tools" dropdown menu.
